Braided Rug Making - RePurpose, ReUse, ReCycle

Ever wonder what to do with that old but still serviceable t-shirt? Or think about what the world should do with all of the cast off, "don't want to wear it anymore" pieces of clothing that clutter up our closets?

Join us for a fun and practical session on Braided Rug Making and learn how to repurpose something old into something new.

In this two part workshop students will learn the technique of braided rug making using only a few safety pins and old t-shirts. Students will leave the course with a new respect for repurposing fabric, the start of a new rug to beautify their home and a working knowledge of how to finish their project.

COST: $25   All materials provided
