ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Summer Recreation Enrichment Program (SREP) Registration Process

• Fill out the online SREP Registration Request Form
• This registration request will let us know you are INTERESTED in having your child/children attend LCOC Summer Recreation and Enrichment Program.
• When your registration request is received, LCOC will email you all forms needed to complete your child's registration. These forms are also available at the LCOC Office.
• YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO COMPLETE AND SIGN ALL SREP PAPER FORMS to complete the registration.
• LCOC will confirm your child's/children's spot in our program ONLY after all required forms and/or payments have been received.
